本标准规定了小容积液化石油气钢瓶的型式和参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、涂敷、包装、运输和贮存等。本标准适用于正常环境温度（-40℃～60℃）下使用的、试验压力为3.2Pa、公称容积为1.2～12L可重复充装液化石油气的钢质焊接气瓶。本标准不适用于航空、铁路运输、汽车上使用的液化石油气钢瓶。
