Cargo fixing and fastening devices shall be installed in the cargo compartment. 5.1.4 Dangerous goods transport vehicles should be equipped with radial tires, and retreaded tires should not be used. 5.1.5 For N2-class and N3-class trucks transporting dangerous goods, all steering wheels should be equipped with emergency safety devices for tire puncture that comply with GB/T 38796. 5.1.6 For dangerous goods transport semi-trailer tractors and dangerous goods transport trucks with a total mass greater than or equal to 12,000 kg, wheels equipped with single tires should be equipped with tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) or devices with tire pressure monitoring functions.
