1 Scope
This Standard specifies the electromagnetic compatibility emission limit of electrical and electronic equipment as well as control system of industrial machines (hereinafter referred to as "Equipment").
For electrical and electronic equipment as well as control system or components of electrical (electronic equipment) and control system applicable to this Standard, the rated supply voltage does not exceed AC 1,000V and DC 1,500V, and the rated frequency does not exceed 200Hz.
Where there are relevant special product or product-type electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) emission standards, such standards shall have priority over this Standard in every respect.
Electromagnetic emission limit and measuring method specified in this Standard reflect basic requirements for electromagnetic compatibility, and it can be ensured, through selection, that electromagnetic disturbance generated by equipment that is under normal operation on industrial site cannot interrupt the normal operation of other equipment.
