1 Scope This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and warranty period of alpha-amylase preparation. This standard is applicable to alpha-amylase preparation products obtained through amyluminess (or sugariness) raw material fermentation and purification to conform to bacteria species approved in Table C.2 of GB 2760-2007. 2 Normative References The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard.
