GB/T19639的本部分规定了通用阀控式铅酸蓄电池(以下简称蓄电池)的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本部分适用于应急照明设备、不间断电源、移动测量设备等,额定容量在65Ah(含65Ah)以下的各种直流电源用蓄电池。这类铅酸蓄电池的单体电池,可以是平板电极装在方型槽中的,也可以是卷绕式电极装在圆筒中的。蓄电池中的硫酸电解液是不流动的,或吸附在电极间微孔结构中或呈胶体形式。
本部分不适用于用作其他用途的蓄电池,例如,起动用铅酸蓄电池、牵引用铅酸蓄电池、固定型阀控式铅酸蓄电池、电动助力用密封铅酸蓄电池、微型阀控式铅酸蓄电池。
