HACCP-Guidance on feed management system
1 Scope
This standard specifies the general principles of identification and evaluation of biological, chemical and physical hazards as well as of identification, determination and control of critical control points (HACCP management) in feed production; it also specifies the good manufacturing practice for feed enterprises (see Annex A) that shall be implemented in order to implement the above principles.
This standard provides guidelines for HACCP management implementation by the production enterprises of additive premixed feed, concentrated feed, formula feed and supplementary feed of contracted feed.
