本标准规定了利用动态光散射法(DLS)测量分散于液体中的亚微米-纳米级颗粒或液滴的平均粒径和粒度分布的方法。
本标准适用的浓度范围广,可测量从较低到较高浓度的悬浮液。对于低浓度悬浮液样品,动态光散射法与光子相关光谱法一样;对于高浓度悬浮液样品,除了对测试结果的正确解释以外,还要对测量装置、样品制备等提出具体要求。
