本标准规定了溶剂型聚氨酯涂料产品的分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装和贮存等内容。
本标准适用于以含反应性官能团的聚酯树脂、醇酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂等为主要成膜物并加入颜填料（清漆不加）、溶剂、助剂等辅料作为主剂，以多异氰酸酯树脂为固化剂的双组分常温固化型混凝土和金属表面用涂料。
本标准不适用于建筑外墙、地坪用聚氨酯涂料。
