1 Scope
This standard specifies the tech-regulations, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packing, transport and storage of water-soluble fertilizers containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (secondary element type) and water-soluble fertilizers containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (micronutrient type).
This standard is applicable to the liquid or solid water-soluble fertilizers produced and sold within the territory of People's Republic of China and taking the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium as the main components with a right amount of secondary elements or micronutrients.
This standard is not applicable to the fertilizer products with compulsory national or professional standards, such as compound fertilizer (complex fertilizer) and the solid fertilizer made of only the chemical methods.

1 Scope
