1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This specification is formulated to strengthen the quality management of petroleum and natural gas construction projects, unify the construction quality acceptance standards for natural gas processing plants, and ensure project quality.
1.0.2 This specification applies to the construction quality acceptance of new construction, renovation, and expansion projects of natural gas processing plants.
1.0.3 This specification shall be used in conjunction with the current national standard "Unified Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Petroleum and Natural Gas Projects" GB/T 51317.
1.0.4 The construction quality requirements specified in the technical documents and contract documents adopted for natural gas processing plant construction projects shall not be lower than the provisions of this specification.
