This standard is only applicable to the battery electric passenger cars, and may be referred to by plug-in (including range-extended) hybrid passenger cars and fuel cell passenger cars. The manufacturers of these core parts and components shall be registered in China and master the core technologies of these components. The supply chain system shall be conducive to promoting localized manufacturing. 4.2 Change rate of DC charging time at 40℃ When tested as specified in 5.2, the change rate of DC charging time at 40℃ shall not be greater than 20%.
