Higher relative humidity may be permitted at lower temperatures, e.g., 90 % at 20 °C; c) Wind speed shall not exceed 12.5 m/s; d) Altitude shall not exceed 700 m. Note: When the operating environmental conditions exceed the above ranges, they shall be determined by agreement between the user and the manufacturer. 6.1.2 Track conditions a) Track gauges: 600 mm, 762 mm, 900 mm, 1000 mm, 1435 mm; b) Track conditions shall comply with TB 10098. 6.2 Basic requirements 6.2.1 Locomotives should preferably be equipped with jacking supports, lifting devices for the complete locomotive, and connection devices between the body and the bogies. During lifting, the components and connectors (except dampers) of the locomotive shall not have obvious deformation, and the locomotive body shall not have permanent deformation after lifting. 6.2.2 For locomotives with an installed power of more than 441 kW, the vibration performance of equipment inside the locomotive shall comply with GB/T 21563. 6.2.3 Oil pipelines, water pipelines and various tanks on the locomotive shall be free from oil leakage and water leakage.
