3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 All purchased parts of the passenger stairs (hereinafter referred to as "stairs") shall meet the requirements of relevant national or professional standards, and be provided with factory certificates.
3.1.2 The structural members of the stair shall be welded in accordance with those specified in JB/T 5943.
3.1.3 The paint coating of the stair shall comply with QC/T 484.
3.1.4 The metallic coating and conversion coating of the stair parts and components shall comply with QC/T 625.
3.1.5 If the stair is assembled by riveting process, the rivets shall be arranged neatly without skew, crushing, looseness and head mutilation. All parts shall be free from sharp edges and corners.
3.1.6 The connectors and fasteners of the stair shall be connected reliably, for which anti-looseness measures shall be taken.
3.1.7 The pipelines of oil/gas circuit systems and the electrical components of the stair shall be arranged neatly and clamped firmly, and shall not rub or interfere with the moving parts.
3.1.8 All the pipelines of the stair shall be free from leakage of oil, water and air.
3.1.9 Each conductor terminal of the electrical equipment of the stair shall be provided with obvious signs that are not easy to fall off.
3.1.10 There shall be enough operating space in the operation and maintenance areas of the stair.
3.1.11 When the stair is in motion and the upper platform completely withdraws the telescopic mechanism, its total height shall not exceed 4m (excluding the awning).
3.1.12 Awning, if arranged for a stair, shall be easy to disassemble.
3.1.13 The height of the upper platform of the stairs shall be able to meet the requirements of the type of aircraft to be served.
