3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 19596 and the following apply.
3.1
swappable battery system
power battery system swapped as a whole during battery swap of vehicles, generally including power battery, battery management system, battery bracket, battery swap coupler and battery swap mechanical interface, etc., and allowing charging and discharging off board
3.2
cab-back battery swap
battery swap method in which the swappable battery system is installed at the back of the vehicle cab for battery swap operation
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The voltage of the swappable battery system should range from 400 V to 750 V.
4.1.2 The flatness of the battery swap contact surface of the swappable battery system should not be greater than 2 mm.
4.1.3 The structural strength of the swappable battery system shall meet the needs of battery swap throughout the life cycle.
4.1.4 The series specified in Table 1 shall be adopted for the electric quantity and weight of the swappable battery system, and the battery swap operation should be carried out between swappable battery systems of the same electric quantity and weight series.
