1 Scope
This standard specifies safety testing/inspecting items and their technical requirements for the in-service hoist (winch) system for coal mine.
This Standard is applicable to on-site testing and inspecting for in-service hoist system for coal mine (including in-service mine hoist (hoisting winch) with the barrel diameter of 1.2m or below that is strictly prohibited to load people).
