GB 19044-2013 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and the energy efficiency grades of self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting service (English Version)
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the energy efficiency grade, allowable values of energy efficiency, evaluating values of energy conservation and test methods of the self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting service (hereinafter referred to as "self-ballasted fluorescent lamps").
This Standard applies to those self-ballasted fluorescent lamps with such features: rated voltage: 220V; AC supply at frequency of 50Hz; rated power: 3~60W, with screw holder or bayonet holder, for general lighting service at household or other similar occasions; an integration of starting control parts and burning point stabilization parts.
This Standard does not apply to the self-ballasted fluorescent lamps with covers.
