1 Scope
1.1 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage as well as sampling of food grade microcrystalline wax.
1.2 This standard is applicable to food grade microcrystalline wax obtained from heavy fraction of petroleum or solvent deasphalted oil of vacuum residuum through solvent refining, dewaxing and deoiling with carclazyte or hydrofining.
