1 Scope
This standard specifies the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency grades and energy efficiency, evaluating values of energy conservation, test methods and inspection rules for commercial gas cooking appliances.
This standard is applicable to Chinese cooking gas appliances (hereinafter referred to as gas appliances) with the rated heat load of single burner not greater than 60kW, commercial gas oven for cooking (hereinafter referred to as gas oven) with the rated heat load of each burner not greater than 80kW and nominal diameter of oven not less than 600mm as well as gas steaming oven (hereinafter referred to as steaming oven) with the rated heat load not greater than 80kW and steam pressure in steaming chamber not greater than 500Pa (gauge pressure).
The gas referred in this standard is that specified in GB/T 13611.
