This document is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020 Directives for standardization—Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents.
This document replaces GB/T 10824-2008 Technical specification of solid tyres for pneumatic tyres rims. In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the following main technical changes have been made with respect to GB/T 10824-2008:
———Some physical and mechanical property indexes are modified (see Table 1 hereof; Table 1 of Edition 2008);
———The durability requirements are modified (see 4.4 and 5.5 hereof; 4.4 and 5.5 of Edition 2008);
———The durability test method is deleted (see Annex D of Edition 2008).
1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods and markings of solid tyres for pneumatic tyres rims.
This document is applicable to new solid tyres for pneumatic tyres rims used for counterbalanced fork lift trucks and other industrial vehicles.
