Laundry Powders (Phosphate Free)
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 13171 specifies product classification, designation, symbols, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of laundry powders (phosphate free).
This part is applicable to the laundry powders made by formulation materials without phosphate additives.

3 Product Classification, Designation and Symbols
According to the product category, laundry powders (phosphate free) specified in this part are divided into general type (A) and concentrated type (B); designation and symbol of each is as follows:
a) General laundry powders (phosphate free), marked as "WL-A";
b) Concentrated laundry powders (phosphate free), marked as "WL-B".
4 Requirements
4.1 Material requirements
Biological degradability of surfactants used in the product formula shall not be lower than 90%, and the degradation reaction shall be recognized as environment friendly (tetrapropylene alkylbenzene sulfonate and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene shall not be used).
4.2 Physical and chemical properties
Physical and chemical properties of laundry powders (phosphate free) shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 1.

4.3 Service properties
Service properties of laundry powders (phosphate free) shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 2.

4.4 Requirements for quantitative packing
Net content of small package laundry powders shall meet the requirements of AQSIQ Decree [2005] No.75.
