本标准规定了滨海设施外加电流阴极保护系统的设计指标、技术要求、系统设计、验收规则、运行与维护、保护效果检测等。本标准适用于海水管道、海水水泵、凝汽器、浮船坞等滨海设施的外加电流阴极保护。对海水系统其他装置及输送海淡水、高含盐水的循环系统和水中设施的外加电流阴极保护亦可参照使用。
