Range hood
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage of range hood.
This standard is applicable to range hoods used in the domestic kitchen environment.
This standard is not applicable to:
——Range hoods installed for industrial and commercial purposes;
——Range hoods installed in special occasions, such as the occasions where corrosive or explosive gas (dust, vapour or mashgas) exist.
