1 Scope
This standard specifies the general specification and safety requirements for DC power supply equipment of power projects as well as the requirements of inspection method, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, etc.
This standard is applicable to DC power supply equipment which is used to power the DC control load and DC power load, etc. in power plant, substation and other power projects of power system (hereinafter referred to as product), and serves as a basis for design, manufacturing, inspection and application of product.
This standard is also applicable to DC power supply equipment used in power projects of metallurgical industry, petrochemical industry and railway industry, etc., and may be referred by other DC power supply equipment uncovered herein.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions specified in GB/T 2900.1, GB/T 2900.11, GB/T 2900.17, GB/T 2900.32, GB/T 2900.33 and GB/T 4365 as well as those listed below apply.
3.1
DC power supply equipment
An assembly which is composed of charging unit, storage battery, feed-out circuit, voltage regulator and associated equipment such as control, measurement, signal, protection and regulating units, and integrally assembled with structural components. All the internal electrical and mechanical connections are completed by the manufacturer.
3.2
Charging unit
A type of rectifying device undertaking the charge and/or floating charge tasks of storage battery set.
3.3
Charge
The operating state of charging unit for supplementing capacity to the storage battery in different operating modes.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the general specification and safety requirements for DC power supply equipment of power projects as well as the requirements of inspection method, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, etc.
This standard is applicable to DC power supply equipment which is used to power the DC control load and DC power load, etc. in power plant, substation and other power projects of power system (hereinafter referred to as product), and serves as a basis for design, manufacturing, inspection and application of product.
