2 Test of Surface Insulation Resistance
2.1 Test principle
The circuit diagram of equipment is as shown in Figure 1. Press 10 metal contacts with the fixed area, under the specified voltage and pressure, on the lamination surface of the steel plate. The performance of the surface insulation lamination is evaluated with the current passing through the 10 contacts.
