本标准规定了用于运送人员、工具和材料到工作位置并在工作平台上进行工作的所有类型和规格的移动式升降工作平台(以下简称MEWP)的安全、检查、维护与操作要求。该MEWP至少由可控的工作平台、伸展结构和底盘组成。
