1 Scope
This standard specifies the models, marks and materials, dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of PH and PJ inelastic V-ribbed belts and EPH and EPJ elastic V-ribbed belts.
This standard is applicable to V-ribbed belts for power transmission of household electric appliances such as washing machines and dryers (hereinafter referred to as belts or belt).

3.1 Models
V-ribbed belts for household appliances are classified into two types: inelastic belts and elastic belts, which are PH, PJ and EPH and EPJ respectively, and the number of ribs is greater than or equal to 2. Its structure is given in Figure 1.
