1 Scope
This standard specifies the models, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of stainless steel wire electrodes, strip electrodes and rods.
This standard is applicable to stainless steel wire electrodes, strip electrodes and rods for gas-shielded metal arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding, plasma arc welding, submerged arc welding, electroslag welding and laser beam welding.
