1 Scope
This part of GB/T 3048 specifies terms and definitions, general provisions for test, purpose of performing the provisions and periodic calibration of test apparatus for the test for electrical properties of electric cables and wires.
According to the relevant standards for electric cables and wires, the test methods specified in the subsequent parts of GB/T 3048 are applicable to the test for electrical properties of various types of electric cables and wires and materials.
2 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this part of GB/T 3048, the following terms and definitions apply.
2.1
environmental conditions of specification
at a specified temperature, the specimen is placed in an environment of specified relative humidity or immersed in water or other defined liquid for a specified period of time
2.2
reference standard environment
values measured under any environmental conditions are calculated and corrected to values under a particular environment, which is referred to as the reference standard environment
The reference standard atmospheric conditions are as follows:
Temperature: t0 = 20℃;
Barometric pressure: b0 = 101.3 kPa;
Absolute humidity: h0 = 11 g/m3.
2.3
repeatability
consistency between successive measurements of the same measured physical quantity under the same measurement conditions
