1 Scope
This part of GB/T 3048 specifies the terms and definitions, test apparatus, sample preparation, test procedures, test results and evaluation, precautions and test records of impulse voltage test of relevant electric cables and their accessories.
This part is applicable to impulse voltage tests on various electric cables with the highest rated voltage Um of 1kV or above and their accessories.
This part shall be used in combination with GB/T 3048.1.
