technical and economic activity to systematically and objectively analyze and summarize the goal realization, implementation result, influence, and benefit of the project which has been completed and operated for a period of time
4 General requirements
4.1 The post evaluation of electrochemical energy storage station shall be carried out from the aspects of goal realization, technology and management level, influence, and benefit based on the functional positioning and design goal of the station, and shall adhere to the principles of independence, fairness, and objectivity.
4.2 The post evaluation of electrochemical energy storage station shall be carried out to evaluate the technology, safety, environmental impact and benefit of the station project in construction and operation stages through data review, field investigation, field test, analysis and calculation.
4.3 The basis for post evaluation of electrochemical energy storage station shall include relevant national policies and regulations, technical standards, project approval documents, engineering construction, operation and maintenance data, etc. If the existing data fail to meet the evaluation requirements, field test shall be carried out.
4.4 The post evaluation of electrochemical energy storage station should be carried out 12 months after the station is officially put into operation.
4.5 After the post evaluation of electrochemical energy storage station is completed, an evaluation report shall be issued, and opinions and suggestions shall be put forward on the problems existing in the station.
