本部分规定了用酸处理后的抗染色吸附能力来评定阳极氧化膜封孔质量的方法。本部分适用于在大气曝晒或腐蚀环境下使用的、具有抗污染能力的阳极氧化膜的生产控制检验。本部分不适用于下列铝合金生成的阳极氧化膜；a)含铜量＞2%、含硅量＞4%的阳极氧化膜；b)重铬酸钾封孔的氧化膜；c)涂油、打蜡、上漆处理过的氧化膜；d)深色氧化膜；e)厚度小于3μm的氧化膜。当封孔溶液中含有镍、钴或其他有机添加剂时，本方法不够有效。
