1 Scope This Technical Requirements specifies the basic technical requirements, measurement methods and function inspection methods of unidirectional transmission standard resolution of terminal receiver decoder (STB) of digital cable television system. 2 Normative References The provisions of the following standard and document, through reference in this Technical Requirements, constitute the provisions of this Technical Requirements.
