1.1 This standard specifies the method of conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to 2,3,7,8-chlorine-substituted PCDDs and PCDFs and tetrachlorosolsticeocta-substituted PCDDs and PCDFs by isotope dilution HRGC/HRMS.
1.2 This standard is applicable to the sampling, sample treatment and qualitative and quantitative analysis of PCDDs and PCDFs pollutants in the untreated water, sewage, drinking water and industrial production water utilization.
1.3 Detection limit of this method is dependent on various factors such as the sensitivity of the adopted analytical apparatus, concentration of PCDDs and PCDFs in the specimen as well as interference level. 2,3,7,8 -T4CDD instrument detection limit shall below 0.1pg; if the sampling amount is 10L, 2,3,7,8 - T4CDD minimum detection limit shall be lower than 0.5pg/L.
