1 Subject Contents and Application Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements of products before packing, technical requirements for case packing and nude packing, packing form of parts, technical requirements for packing case, accompanying technical documents, packing mark, acceptance rules and test methods for packing case in relation to belt conveyor.
This standard is applicable to the transport packages of the belt conveyor products that are used for conveying various (blocks and particles) bulk materials and work pieces.

3 Technical Requirements of Products before Packing
3.1 The spare parts of belt conveyor product shall not be packed until they pass the inspection.
3.2 The packing list shall be formulated in accordance with the requirements of product design drawing and technological documents. The contents of packing list shall include the product name, spare part drawing No., quantity, packing form, case No. and weight, etc.
3.3 The surfaces of spare parts shall be cleared off oil stain, water and foreign bodies, the metallic finished surfaces shall be sealed up for rust protection according to the relevant requirements of "Rustproof Packaging" (GB 4879).
3.4 The pipe joints and flange joints on the product shall be blocked up with choke plugs, the external screw thread part shall be packed well with oil-immersed linen and be fastened up with iron wire, and corresponding the marks or serial numbers shall be made. The purchased parts, like steel wire rope, shall be oiled and be warped up with oilpaper or plastic paper.
