Coating type Coating variety
Primer Iron red alkyd primer, iron red epoxy ester primer, zinc silicate antirust paint, zinc phosphate primer, epoxy zinc rich primer, etc.
Putty Various colors of alkyd putty, various colors of perchloroethylene putty, various colors of polyurethane putty, various colors of perchloroethylene putty, various colors of epoxy ester putty, various colors of unsaturated polyester putty, etc.
Intermediate paint Epoxy mica iron oxide paint, epoxy intermediate paint, zinc phosphate primer, etc.
Top paint Alkyd magnetic enamel, chlorinated rubber top coat, polyurethane top paint, acrylic magnetic enamel, alkyd aluminum powder paint, epoxy top paint, etc.
Oil resistant paint Vinyl perchloroethylene tank paint, epoxy-resistant paint, polychlorinated ester-resistant paint, nitro internal magnetic paint, etc.
High temperature resistant paint Inorganic zinc silicate primer, silicone heat-resistant paint, alkyd aluminum powder paint, boron barium paint of various colors, etc.
Moisture resistant paint Chlorinated rubber paint, tar epoxy asphalt antirust paint, etc.
4.1.1.2 The primer, intermediate paint and top paint in the coatings shall have property indexes meeting the requirements of Tables 1~3 in HG/T 4339-2012.
4.1.2 Painting positions and coat colors
4.1.2.1 The painting color of the external surface of any machine body shall be determined by the user requirements or design requirements.
4.1.2.2 Decorative lines or patterns with different colors may be used for machine bodies according to specific situation.
4.1.2.3 Oil resistant paint shall be applied on unprocessed internal walls of gearbox body, box cover and bearing cover as well as the unprocessed surface of parts often immersed in oil.
4.1.2.4 Components or surface shall be painted in advance if they cannot be painted as required after assembly.
4.1.2.5 The special signs on a machine, such as the manufacturer name, trademark, indicating symbols and operation instructions, shall be applied or stuck on positions of the machine with colors remarkably different with those of the signs and easily noticeable.
4.1.2.6 For the painted purchased and cooperated parts whose films have not been damaged and which do not affect the aesthetics of the complete machine after assembly, no more painting may be required. Otherwise, they shall have their painting repaired or be repainted with coatings of the same color and variety as the original coatings.
4.1.2.7 The parts and components requiring no painting are shown in Table 2.
