1 Scope
This standard specifies the structural types, boundary dimensions, tolerances and technical conditions for block type recirculating needle roller bearings and recirculating roller bearings among the linear motion rolling bearings.
This standard is applicable to the manufacture, inspection and acceptance of block type recirculating needle roller (or roller) bearings (hereinafter referred to as “guide bearings”).

For the purpose of this standard, symbols specified in GB/T 4199 and the following ones apply.
Unless otherwise stated, all dimensions given in Table 1~Table 4 corresponding to the symbols shown in Figure 1~ Figure 5 denote nominal dimensions.
A: The height from the guide bearing rolling surface (the surface formed by contacting with the guide bearing rolling element) to the mounting reference face.
B: The width of guide bearing
B1: The width of mounting side-ear of needle roller bearing in the axial direction of needle roller
h: The thickness of mounting side-ear of guide bearing
J: The distance between two mounting holes of guide bearing in axial direction of needle roller (roller)
J1: The distance between two mounting holes in motion direction of guide bearing
L: The length of guide bearing
L1: The length of mounting side-ear of needle roller bearing
L2: The length of supporting element of roller bearing
Lw: The roller length of roller bearing
N: The diameter of guide bearing mounting hole
T: The height of guide bearing (for guide bearing without mounting side-ear, T=A)
T1: The distance from the mounting hole axis of roller bearing to the bearing reference face
δ: The distance of needle roller (roller) protruding out of housing of guide bearing
VAmL: The grouping variation of guide bearing height, namely, in the group of same height, the difference between the guide bearing with highest average height from the guide bearing rolling surface to the mounting reference face and the guide bearing with lowest average height
VAs: The variation of height from the guide bearing rolling surface to the mounting reference face
ΔAs: The deviation of height from the guide bearing rolling surface (the surface formed by contacting with the guide bearing, the same bellow) to the mounting reference face (for LRS 0000 SGK type, it is the bearing reference face, the same bellow)
ΔAmL: The variation of preferentially grouped average height from the guide bearing rolling surface to the mounting reference face
ΔBs: The deviation of width of guide bearing
ΔB1s: The deviation of width of the mounting side-ear of needle roller bearing
ΔJs: The distance between two mounting holes in axial needle roller (roller) direction of guide bearing
ΔJ1s: The deviation of the distance between two mounting holes in motion direction of guide bearing
ΔL1s: The deviation of length of the mounting side-ear of needle roller bearing
ΔTs: The deviation of height of guide bearing
