3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions given in QC/T 571 apply.
4 Detection objects
Detection shall be conducted for the fuel tank before final assembly, including all surfaces of the fuel tank in contact with fuel.
5 Preparations
5.1 The operators, environment and supplies shall be prepared before the detection according to the requirements of JB/T 7158-2010, Clause 5.
5.2 The area around the oil injection hole of the fuel tank shall be cleaned, and no external dirt shall fall into the fuel tank during cleaning.
6 Impurity collection
6.1 Remove the oil injection hole cover of the fuel tank, without causing dirt to fall into the fuel tank.
6.2 Inject cleaner (first-grade solvent oil) into the oil injection hole, and the injection amount shall be as specified in Table 1. Put on the oil injection hole cover and seal other holes, lift the tank with lifting equipment and shake it fully, and then pour the dirty solution generated from cleaning into the container.
