1 Scope
This standard specifies requirements for performance of "U-shaped tube-tube plate type" and "spiral tube-header type" high pressure feedwater heaters. This standard is applicable to assessment of performance of "U-shaped tube-tube plate type" and "spiral tube-header type" high pressure feedwater heaters whose tube side design pressure is 6~45 MPa and design temperature is not higher than 350℃; and whose shell side design pressure is not higher than 15 MPa and the design temperature is not higher than 510℃ in the steam turbine heat recoup system of the thermal power plant. It is also applicable to assessment of performance of the similar drain coolers and steam coolers.
