1 Scope
This standard specifies terms and definitions, requirements, inspection rules, marking and labeling as well as packaging, transport and storage of green food - starch and starch product.
This standard is applicable to green food - edible starch (including starch of cereal, potato, beans, water caltrop and other edible starch) and edible starch products (including vermicelli, sheet jelly and other edible starch products); and it is not applicable to konjaku flour and its products, lotus root starch, whole plant flour (e.g. whole potato flour), starch sugar, puffing starch products, fried starch products and instant vermicelli.
