1 Scope
This standard specifies dimension, shape, weight and permissible deviation, steel designation expression methods, technical requirements, inspection method, inspection rules, packaging, marking and certification of atmospheric corrosion resisting steel for railway rolling stock.
This standard is applicable to hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plates, steel strips and profile steels made of atmospheric corrosion resisting steel for railway rolling stock.

3 Dimension, Shape, Weight as well as Their Permissible Deviation
3.1 The dimension, shape, weight and permissible deviation of steel sheet and strip shall meet those specified in GB/T 709 and GB/T 708.
3.2 The dimension,shape,weight and permissible deviation of hot-rolled profile steel shall meet those specified in GB/T 706; dimension, shape and permissible deviation of cold formed profile steel shall meet the requirements for corresponding products.
