Fig-8 self-support optical fiber cables for outdoor telecommunications 1 Scope This standard specifies the product classification and naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and instructions for use, and packaging, transportation and storage requirements of Fig-8 self-support optical fiber cables for outdoor telecommunications (hereinafter referred to as “optical fiber cables”).
