This standard specifies basic requirements for procedure, content and element concerning enterprises to develop emergency response plan for work place accidents (hereinafter referred to as emergency response plan).
This standard is applicable to the enterprises who are engaged at production and operating activities in the People's Republic of China. The enterprises may make adjustment for the frame structure of emergency response plan according to the texture structure, management mode, risk category and production scale of the enterprises.
