1 Scope
This standard specifies labeling requirements, classification, terms and definitions of aerosol products.
This standard is applicable to label of aerosol products directly printed or bonded on the aerosol can as well as classification and terms of aerosol products in the fields of scientific research, production, circulation and application.

3 Labeling Requirements
3.1 Label must meet the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations.
3.2 Label consists of word, graph and Arabic number; the label contents must be observable and legible and provided with Chinese expression.
3.3 Label contents
3.3.1 Labeling of general content:
3.3.1.1 Product name, manufacturer name and address, trademark, net content, certificates, product use and application instruction.
3.3.1.2 Warranty period, production date or production batch No., and date of use restriction shall be indicated.
3.3.2 Labeling of characteristic content:
3.3.2.1 "pressure packaging, no impact, keep from fire source for application" shall be labeled.
3.3.2.2 "store in dry and ventilated environment with temperature below 50℃, keep from direct sunshine, fire source and heat source" shall be labeled.
3.3.2.3 "place at where children cannot reach" shall be labeled.
3.3.2.4 "product and empty tank shall not be pierced or thrown into fire" shall be labeled.
3.3.2.5 Label of inflammable aerosol products shall comply with the requirements of GB 20578.
3.3.2.6 Corresponding instruction shall be labeled for product which is poisonous to human and livestock.
4 Classification
Aerosol products may be classified by type and category.
4.1 Classified by product type
4.1.1 Classified by form of content released:
4.1.1.1 Spray.
4.1.1.2 Foam.
4.1.1.3 Stream.
4.1.1.4 Powder.
4.1.1.5 Paste.
4.1.2 Classified by type of propellant contained:
4.1.2.1 Liquefied gas.
4.1.2.2 Compressed gas.
4.1.2.3 Compound type.
4.1.3 Classified by type of content:
4.1.3.1 Solution.
4.1.3.2 Emulsion.
4.1.3.3 Suspension.
4.1.4 Classified by container material:
4.1.4.1 Metal container.
4.1.4.2 Plastic container.
4.1.4.3 Glass container.
4.1.5 Classified by combustibility:
4.1.5.1 Inflammable type.
4.1.5.2 Flammable type.

3 Labeling Requirements
