Article 1.0.1 The air test of sewer pipe (referred to as “air test”) is applicable to the spigot joint, tongue and groove and flat type concrete sewer pipes with diameter of 300~1,200mm before backfilling and that the underground water level is 150mm lower than the external bottom the pipe and the ambient temperature is -15~50℃. The air test shall not be conducted on rainy weather.
Article 1.0.2 The air test is equally authentic with the closed water test.
