1.0.1 This specification is formulated to implement energy conservation and emission reduction policy with regard to buildings, make heat-source-tower heat pump system advanced in technology, economic and reasonable, safe and applicable, and guarantee engineering quality.
1.0.2 This specification is applicable to design, construction and installation, testing and acceptance for the system engineering for cooling and heating through vapour-compression heat pump technology by relying on outdoor air as the cold/heat source and heat source tower as the heat extraction & removal device. The heat-source-tower heat pump system is applicable to the region where the outdoor-calculated air dry bulb temperature in winter is 2℃~8℃.
1.0.3 Design, construction and installation, testing and acceptance of the heat-source-tower heat pump system shall meet not only those specified in this specification, but also the requirements of relevant current national standards.
