我国已发布了《城市公共交通客运服务―城市地铁》和《城市公共交通客运服务―城市公共汽车、无轨电车》标准，本标准是城市公共交通客运服务第三项标准。本标准的制定必将促进出租汽车行业服务标准化，使千差万别的服务方式统一到规范化的服务标准上来。 本标准为客运市场现代化管理奠定了基础。本标准规定了城市出租汽车运营服务的主要内容、基本要求、乘务安全及服务质量考核等。本标准适用于城市出租汽车的运营服务。
