本标准规定了危险化学品场所防雷装置（包括防静电装置）的检测项目、检测周期、检测工作程序、检测作业要求、检测方法及内容、检测数据记录、检测数据整理、检测报告、检测作业事故应急处置、检测机构和人员、检测仪器装备和分场所检测要求。
本标准适用于危险化学品场所防雷装置的检测。以下情况不属于本标准的范围：
a)火车、船舶、飞机及离岸装置；
b)无储存的危险化学品经营场所；
c) 地下管道。
