本文件规定了中医治未病的标准化诊疗路径工作流程，包括中医治未病适宜人群的健康信息采集、未病状态辨识与评估、治未病干预及再辨识与评估等一系列的诊疗路径规范。
本文件适用于各二级及以上中医院设立的中医治未病科（中心）等，也适用于开展中医治未病服务的综合性三级甲等医院、妇幼保健院、精神卫生中心和社区卫生服务中心等医疗机构的中医治未病相关科室。
