本标准规定了有机热载体炉相关的定义和术语、监测及计算方法、能效限额及准入指标、运行监测指标。
本标准适用于以煤炭、水煤浆、生物质成型燃料、油、气为能源，额定输出热功率700千瓦至29000千瓦的液相有机热载体炉。
本标准不适用于烟气余热、电加热有机热载体炉。
