本标准规定了家庭屋顶光伏电源接入公共电网的术语和定义、总体要求、设备要求、并网要求和技术要求。本标准适用于采用三相380V，单相220V电压等级接入公共电网，且并网点总发电容量不超过30kWp(千峰瓦)的家庭屋顶光伏发电系统。本标准不适用于离网光伏发电系统。
